Monetary Limits for Announcements of Sales to be Conducted Pursuant to the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law Have Been Updated

The purpose of this Communiqué is to update the monetary limits in subparagraph (5) of the fourth paragraph of Article 114 of the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law No. 2004 dated 9/6/1932 and the third paragraph of Article 12 of the Regulation on the Procedure for Sales to be Made in Electronic Environment Pursuant to the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law published in the Official Gazette No. 31772 dated 8/3/2022, based on the annual Producer Price Index (PPI) rates for December 2025 published by the Turkish Statistical Institute.

This Circular has been prepared based on subparagraph (5) of the fourth paragraph of Article 114 of the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law No. 2004, dated 9/6/1932.

The monetary limits for the estimated value to be used in advertisements placed through the Press Advertisement Agency in newspapers or online news sites are shown below:

The decision on whether or not to publish an announcement in a newspaper or on an internet news site will be made by the enforcement office, taking into account the interests of the parties concerned, and there will be a monetary limit for the announcements. Monetary limit for advertisements to be published in a local newspaper or internet news site that has the right to publish official announcements in the place where the sale will take place.
